Spring Weather Workouts

Ok it’s time to get outdoors again and enjoy some of this beautiful weather we’re having in Northwest Arkansas.   To celebrate the Spring 2008 season I’m going to start a running program I found online: “The Couch-to5K Running Plan” from Cool Running.com.   (May mix it up with some biking as well)

NERD ALERT ::  I’ll be carrying my new phone with me during the runs and mapping my progress and routes using Nokia’s Sport Tracker software and built in GPS capabilities.   As part of the project I’ll try to run on the trails in/around Fayetteville and take photos along the way as well.

It’s exercising made fun!!

    Wow!! That is a great idea! Off the couch and actually exercising…hmmm. Sounds too good to be true! Maybe I should try it!
