NERD ALERT ::  I’ll be carrying my new phone with me during the runs and mapping my progress and routes using Nokia’s Sport Tracker software and built in GPS capabilities.   As part of the project I’ll try to run on the trails in/around Fayetteville and take photos along the way as well.

The Barber group Lynnkohn LLC can’t seem to catch a break as they now face foreclosure on the Legacy Building condo complex.

The dawn of a new era?? Don’t think so.

Barber’s problem…too many irons in the fire. Next time, CLOSE some sales and have a hefty income stream before buying up everything you can find at grossly inflated prices.

Imagine purchasing one of these and having liens filed against you for non-payment. Yep, it’s a possibility. Ahhh! Let’s go live “The Legacy”
