The Barber group Lynnkohn LLC can’t seem to catch a break as they now face foreclosure on the Legacy Building condo complex.

Barber’s problem…too many irons in the fire. Next time, CLOSE some sales and have a hefty income stream before buying up everything you can find at grossly inflated prices.

New Year’s Resolution / Setting Goals
- Become a millionaire by submitting draft letter of intent…..Check
- Be the head coach for the Razorbacks for one game…….Check
- Enjoy the sun while sitting on the sidelines watching the slaughter……Check
Nowhere in that list did I see anything about WINNING the Cotton Bowl Classic! It was a goal for the team to WIN I’m sure, but they just didn’t execute that plan. Did they visualize themselves reaching that goal? Penelope’s latest post hits on her interview with Jim Fannin, a mental coach who teaches people to play a movie in their head reaching their goal. It is much easier to reach a goal if you understand beforehand what your life will be like after the goal is met.
Did you set any New Year’s resolutions? Have any goals you want to reach in the coming months? Can you visualize yourself reaching the goal? How does it make you feel?
I’m compiling my list and will share in the coming week. I’m sure I’ll need all the support I can get as it’s much easier said then done!
